I knew quitting on my hopes and dreams was NOT the answer, but, I was completely BURNED OUT! Between the nerve pain, grieving loved ones, injuries, financial challenges and a nasty inner critic, it felt like I was stepping into battle everyday. I was.


Days vanished. I felt busy, but the important stuff wasn't getting done. (You know, the stuff that actually creates a quality of life with people you love and makes money!)


Instead, I got serious about fixing my workweeks. With only two-to-five hours of functionality a day, I had to maximize my outputs per hour to get more done in less time. Then I could take guilt-free recovery time to heal my heart and my body.


I tried every productivity hack I could find, but I was consistently disappointed. Ultimately, I created this system that I am sharing with you. The answer to performance, productivity and profitability is found much deeper than the latest shiny productivity hack or fancy way to track your tasks. It requires a fresh way of thinking that will transform your approach and free your emotional connection to your workload.
